Visit the Staunton Campus
Our historic undergraduate residential campus is located in Staunton, VA. From Flying Squirrels games to Shakespearean performances to Quidditch matches, we offer a student experience like no other. Plus, we’re located just minutes from Staunton’s historic downtown area and many cultural attractions.

Visit Events
A great way to get a feel for our campus and culture is to attend a visit event. Here’s what we have coming up:
Join us for a fun and interactive weekend where students who are interested in both military and civilian career paths can learn more about ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ’s VWIL, ROTC and BAND programs.
The Virginia Women’s Institute for Leadership (VWIL) is a highly regarded leadership program emphasizing the values of discipline, integrity, and service. Over the weekend you can meet faculty and staff from the VWIL/ROTC program and attend information sessions to learn more about what to expect as an enrolled student at ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ.Â
On the 22nd you will join other prospective ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ students for our campus wide Visit Day experience. Topics include academic offerings, financial aid and scholarships, and student life.

Recommended Packing List
- Warm winter casual clothing, including gloves, hat, and comfortable shoes (weather forecast: 29F – 42F cloudy)
- Indoor athletic clothing, including shorts, sweats, t-shirts, socks, athletic shoes – recommend arrive wearing PT gear
- Pillow and sleeping bag (If flying, let us know and we’ll also provide a fresh pillow and sleeping bag.)
- Towel and toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, personal items, etc.)

Panel Discussion: Student Support at ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ
In this session students and their families can talk with representatives from our McCree Center, which helps students develop their resumes, apply for and confirm internships, plan pathways to grad school, and more. Also, a representative from Student Engagement will be available to answer questions about student housing, you can talk to our Writing and Tutoring Center team, and speak to a Student Advisor. (Length: 20 minutes)
Panel Discussion: Financial Aid Information
In this session students and their families can talk with representatives from our Financial Aid Department and get your questions answered about the FAFSA, different categories of financial aid and scholarship opportunities. (Length: 20 minutes)
- 11am – 1:30pm: Neighborhood and Majors Expo
- 11:30am – 2pm: Clubs & Student Organization Expo

Check out the expos and enjoy lunch anytime between 11:30 am. and 2pm at Hunt Dining Hall – West!

Small Group Tours
We’re open for small group campus tours at 10 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday. Tours last about an hour. We encourage you to schedule a 30-minute meeting afterward with an admissions counselor.

Self-Guided Tour
Looking to explore campus on your own? We’ve got you covered! Schedule your self-guided tour, and we’ll provide you with the materials you need to navigate campus on your own. Please note that Self-Guided Walking Tours are available for the Staunton campus only.

Shakespeare & Performance Tour
This program tour will unveil a world of captivating performances, enriching class insights, and immersive discussions. Attend a show at the American Shakespeare Center and connect with fellow students. Explore Staunton’s charm and embrace the theatrical journey that awaits.

Virtual Visits

Mary Baldwin’s Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences is located in Fishersville, VA, just a few miles from the Staunton campus. Students enrolled in our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant programs call this state-of-the-art campus their home.

Open Houses & Virtual Sessions
A great way to get a feel for our campus and culture is to attend an open house or virtual information session. Here’s what we have coming up:
Experience life as an ÏãÃÛÓ°ÊÓ health sciences OT, PA, or PT graduate student. As an open house attendee you will:

Can’t attend an open house or prefer a smaller group experience? Campus visits give you an opportunity to:

Drop in to a virtual information sessions (via Zoom) to learn more about the PT, OT, and PA programs from the faculty themselves.
